Terms of service
Last updated: September 10, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the NUVORA website, online store, products, content, features, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).
NUVORA is a trading name operated by JOUADA LTD (“NUVORA,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing the Services or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully before using the Services.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded under applicable consumer law.
1. About Us
The Services are operated by:
JOUADA LTD
Trading as NUVORA
128 City Road
London EC1V 2NX
United Kingdom
Email: support@nuvora.life
Our online store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform through which we offer our products and Services.
2. Eligibility
You may browse the website regardless of age, but you must be at least 18 years old, or the legal age of majority where you live, to place an order.
By placing an order, you confirm that:
-
You are legally capable of entering into a binding contract.
-
The information you provide is complete and accurate.
-
You are authorized to use the payment method submitted.
-
You are purchasing the products for lawful purposes.
Our supplements are intended for adults unless the product label or product page expressly states otherwise.
3. Health and Product Information
NUVORA products are food supplements and are not medicines.
Information provided through the Services, including product descriptions, articles, advertisements, reviews, emails, graphics, and other content, is provided for general informational purposes only. It is not medical advice and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.
Our products and content are not substitutes for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Before using a supplement, you should consult a qualified healthcare professional if you:
-
Are pregnant or breastfeeding.
-
Are under medical supervision.
-
Have an existing health condition.
-
Have allergies or sensitivities.
-
Take prescription or non-prescription medicines.
-
Are preparing for surgery.
-
Are uncertain whether a product is appropriate for you.
Always read the product label, ingredient list, allergen information, warnings, and directions before use. Do not exceed the stated recommended daily amount.
Discontinue use and seek appropriate medical advice if you experience an adverse reaction. In a medical emergency, contact the emergency services immediately.
Individual experiences and results vary. Customer reviews, testimonials, statistics, timelines, and examples describe individual or reported experiences and do not guarantee that every customer will obtain the same result.
Nothing in this section limits our legal responsibilities concerning product safety, defective products, inaccurate descriptions, or other rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
4. Product Information
We take reasonable care to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, ingredient information, quantities, prices, and other details are accurate.
However:
-
Product packaging or labeling may occasionally differ from website images.
-
Colours may appear differently depending on your screen and device.
-
Manufacturers may update packaging or non-material product details.
-
Minor variations that do not materially affect the product may occur.
You should rely on the information displayed on the physical product label where it contains more recent safety, ingredient, allergen, storage, or usage information.
If a product you receive materially differs from its description, is faulty, damaged, unsafe, or otherwise does not conform to the contract, contact us at support@nuvora.life. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
5. Orders and Contract Formation
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products subject to these Terms.
After an order is submitted, we may send an order-confirmation or payment-confirmation email. This confirms that we have received your order but does not necessarily mean that the order has been accepted.
A binding sales contract is formed when we send confirmation that the order has been dispatched, unless we expressly tell you otherwise.
We may reject or cancel an order before dispatch where reasonably necessary, including if:
-
A product is unavailable.
-
Payment cannot be authorized.
-
The price or product information contains an obvious error.
-
We reasonably suspect fraud, unauthorized payment, resale activity, or misuse.
-
The delivery address is incomplete, invalid, or outside our delivery area.
-
We are unable to fulfil the order lawfully or safely.
-
A purchase restriction or quantity limit has been exceeded.
If we cancel an order after taking payment, we will refund the applicable amount to the original payment method.
We will not substitute a materially different product without your agreement.
6. Prices and Payment
Prices are shown in the currency displayed on the website and include applicable taxes where required.
The total amount payable, including any applicable shipping charges, discounts, and taxes, will be displayed before you complete your order.
Payment must be made using a payment method available at checkout. Payments are processed through Shopify Payments or another authorized payment provider.
We do not directly store complete payment-card details.
You confirm that:
-
The payment information provided is accurate.
-
You are authorized to use the selected payment method.
-
Sufficient funds or credit are available to complete the purchase.
If we identify an obvious pricing or calculation error before dispatch, we may contact you to offer the product at the correct price or cancel the affected order and issue a refund. We will not charge a higher corrected price without your agreement.
7. Promotions and Discount Codes
Promotions, discounts, gifts, and discount codes may be subject to additional conditions communicated with the offer.
Unless otherwise stated:
-
Promotions cannot be exchanged for cash.
-
Discount codes cannot be applied retrospectively.
-
Only one discount code may be used per order.
-
Offers are subject to availability.
-
Promotions cannot be combined where the checkout does not permit it.
-
A promotion may be limited to particular products, customers, order quantities, or dates.
We may refuse or cancel the use of a promotion where we reasonably believe it has been obtained, distributed, or used fraudulently, unlawfully, or contrary to its stated conditions.
We will not remove a valid discount from an already accepted order without a lawful reason.
8. Subscriptions and Recurring Orders
Some products may be available as recurring subscriptions.
When you select a subscription, the product, price, discount, billing frequency, delivery frequency, and any applicable minimum commitment will be shown before you complete checkout.
By purchasing a subscription, you authorize us and our payment provider to charge your selected payment method automatically at the frequency displayed at checkout until the subscription is cancelled or otherwise ends.
Subscription orders will continue to renew unless you cancel them before the next renewal is processed.
You may manage or cancel a subscription through the available customer subscription portal or by contacting support@nuvora.life.
Cancellation of a subscription stops future renewals. It does not automatically cancel or refund an order that has already been processed, although your rights under our Refund Policy and applicable consumer law remain unaffected.
You are responsible for keeping your delivery address, contact information, and payment details current before each renewal.
If a recurring payment fails, our payment or subscription provider may retry the payment where permitted. A subscription may be paused or cancelled if payment cannot be collected.
We may change a subscription price or material subscription term only after providing reasonable advance notice. Where a change applies to future renewals, you will have the opportunity to cancel before the changed term takes effect.
Additional subscription details may be provided in our Subscription and Cancellation Policy or during checkout. If specific subscription terms conflict with this general section, the specific terms will apply to that subscription, subject to mandatory law.
9. Shipping and Delivery
We currently ship within the United Kingdom.
Orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days. After dispatch, standard UK delivery typically takes 3–5 business days, giving a usual total estimated timeframe of 4–7 business days.
Delivery dates and timeframes are estimates unless we expressly agree to a guaranteed delivery date.
Complete shipping, tracking, delay, loss, and delivery information is provided in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
Nothing in these Terms or our Shipping Policy limits your mandatory legal rights concerning delivery.
10. Risk and Ownership
Legal ownership of a product passes to you once we have received full payment for it.
Responsibility for the product generally passes to you when it is delivered into your physical possession or to a person you identified to receive it.
If you independently appoint a delivery carrier that was not offered or arranged by us, responsibility may pass when the product is delivered to that carrier, as permitted by applicable law.
11. Cancellations, Returns, Refunds, and Guarantees
Your rights concerning cancellations, returns, faulty products, refunds, and any commercial money-back guarantee are explained in our Refund Policy.
Any advertised NUVORA guarantee is additional to your statutory consumer rights and does not replace or restrict them.
Where a product page advertises a longer product-specific guarantee, such as a 60-day guarantee, that longer period applies to the eligible product subject to the conditions clearly disclosed in the Refund Policy or relevant offer.
If different return periods appear in different places, the longer clearly advertised guarantee will apply to the eligible purchase unless the offer expressly and lawfully states otherwise.
12. Accuracy and Availability of the Services
We aim to keep the website accurate, secure, and available, but we do not guarantee that access will always be uninterrupted or error-free.
We may reasonably:
-
Correct errors or inaccuracies.
-
Update website content.
-
Change or discontinue website features.
-
Limit product quantities.
-
Temporarily suspend access for maintenance, security, legal, or operational reasons.
-
Withdraw products that are unavailable, unsafe, discontinued, or incorrectly listed.
Changes to the website will not remove rights already attached to an accepted order or apply retrospectively where doing so would be unlawful.
13. Acceptable Use
You must not use the Services:
-
For any unlawful, fraudulent, or malicious purpose.
-
To violate another person’s intellectual-property, privacy, or other legal rights.
-
To submit false, misleading, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or discriminatory content.
-
To introduce viruses, malicious code, or other harmful technology.
-
To interfere with the website, checkout, payment systems, or security measures.
-
To scrape, harvest, copy, or extract website data using automated means without authorization.
-
To impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity.
-
To make unauthorized or fraudulent purchases.
-
To test stolen or unauthorized payment details.
-
To manipulate promotions, reviews, subscriptions, refunds, or guarantee claims.
-
To purchase products for unauthorized commercial resale.
We may restrict or terminate access where we reasonably believe these Terms have been materially violated or where action is necessary to protect customers, the Services, or our legal rights.
14. Intellectual Property
The Services and their original content—including the NUVORA name, branding, logos, product names, website design, text, photographs, graphics, videos, icons, and software—are owned by or licensed to JOUADA LTD and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the Services for personal, lawful, non-commercial purposes.
You may not, without prior written permission:
-
Copy or reproduce substantial parts of the Services.
-
Modify or create derivative works from our content.
-
Sell, license, distribute, or commercially exploit our content.
-
Use our branding in a manner that suggests sponsorship or endorsement.
-
Remove copyright, trademark, or other ownership notices.
-
Use our content to advertise counterfeit, unauthorized, or competing products.
Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of our intellectual property to you.
15. Reviews and User-Submitted Content
You may be able to submit reviews, ratings, photographs, feedback, questions, or other content.
You retain ownership of content you create. By submitting content to us, you grant JOUADA LTD a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, reproduce, format, display, publish, and use that content in connection with NUVORA, our products, the Services, and related marketing.
This licence continues for as long as the content is used in connection with those purposes, but you may ask us to remove content that identifies you, subject to applicable legal, record-keeping, and technical limitations.
You confirm that:
-
You created the content or have permission to submit it.
-
The content reflects your honest experience or opinion.
-
The content is not false, misleading, defamatory, unlawful, or infringing.
-
You have permission from any identifiable person shown in submitted photographs or videos.
-
You will disclose any material incentive or relationship where required.
We may moderate or remove content where reasonably necessary, including content that is unlawful, fraudulent, irrelevant, abusive, misleading, contains personal information, or violates these Terms.
We will not knowingly alter a genuine review in a way that misrepresents the reviewer’s opinion.
16. Third-Party Services and Links
The Services may include links to or integrations with third-party websites, applications, payment providers, delivery providers, subscription tools, review platforms, and social-media services.
Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party content or services that we do not control.
A link or integration does not necessarily mean that we endorse every statement, product, or service provided by that third party.
This section does not exclude responsibility where we are legally responsible for a third party acting on our behalf, including a delivery provider arranged by us.
17. Privacy
Our collection and use of personal information are governed by our Privacy Policy.
Our Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how and why we process it, the parties with whom it may be shared, international transfers, retention, cookies, and your privacy rights.
18. Disclaimer of Warranties
We provide the Services with reasonable care and skill and supply products in accordance with our legal obligations.
Except for rights, promises, warranties, and remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, we do not guarantee that:
-
The website will always be available or free from technical errors.
-
Website content will meet every individual purpose or expectation.
-
Every customer will experience the same result from a product.
-
Information provided through the Services constitutes professional medical advice.
Nothing in these Terms excludes any statutory term concerning satisfactory quality, fitness for a disclosed purpose, conformity with description, product safety, or reasonable care and skill.
19. Our Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for:
-
Death or personal injury caused by negligence.
-
Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
-
Defective products where liability cannot lawfully be excluded.
-
Breach of your statutory consumer rights.
-
Any other liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded.
If we fail to comply with these Terms, we are responsible for losses that are a foreseeable result of our breach or negligence. A loss is foreseeable where it was an obvious consequence or was reasonably contemplated by both parties when the contract was formed.
We are not responsible for losses that are not a foreseeable result of our breach.
Our products and Services are intended for personal and domestic use. If you use them for a commercial or business purpose, we are not responsible for business losses such as lost profits, lost revenue, lost opportunity, business interruption, or loss of business data, to the extent permitted by law.
We are not responsible for harm caused solely by:
-
Use that materially contradicts the product label or clear safety instructions.
-
Exceeding the recommended daily amount.
-
Continued use after a known adverse reaction.
-
Providing false or incomplete information that directly prevents us from fulfilling our obligations.
-
An event outside our reasonable control, except where the law places responsibility on us.
This section does not affect any mandatory consumer or product-liability rights.
20. Events Outside Our Reasonable Control
We are not responsible for delay or failure caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as severe weather, natural disasters, transport disruption, industrial action, epidemics, failures of essential networks, governmental restrictions, or similar events.
We will take reasonable steps to reduce the effect of the disruption and resume performance when reasonably possible.
If a qualifying disruption materially delays your order, you may have the right to cancel and receive a refund under applicable law.
21. Suspension and Termination
You may stop using the Services at any time.
We may suspend or terminate your access where reasonably necessary if:
-
You materially or repeatedly breach these Terms.
-
We reasonably suspect fraud, malicious activity, or unauthorized access.
-
Your activity threatens the security or operation of the Services.
-
We are legally required to do so.
Termination of website access does not remove rights or obligations connected with an existing order, refund, payment, or subscription unless those rights or obligations are separately and lawfully ended.
22. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect changes to our products, Services, business practices, technologies, or legal obligations.
The updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised Last updated date.
Changes will apply to future use of the Services and future purchases. They will not retrospectively reduce rights attached to an order already accepted.
If we make a material change affecting an active subscription, we will provide reasonable notice where required and allow you to cancel before the change takes effect.
23. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms and any contract between you and us are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
If you are a consumer residing in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you retain the benefit of any mandatory protections provided by the law applicable where you live.
Nothing in these Terms prevents you from bringing a claim in any court available to you under mandatory consumer law.
If a dispute arises, please contact us first at support@nuvora.life so that we can attempt to resolve it directly.
24. Severability
If any part of these Terms is found to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, that part will be treated as removed or limited only to the minimum extent necessary.
The remaining provisions will continue to apply.
25. Waiver
If we delay or fail to enforce a provision of these Terms, that does not mean we have waived our right to enforce it later.
A waiver concerning one breach does not constitute a waiver concerning another breach.
26. Transfer of Rights
You may not transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our written agreement.
We may transfer our rights or obligations to another organization as part of a sale, restructuring, or transfer of our business, provided this does not reduce your rights. We will notify you where required by law.
27. Third-Party Rights
Unless expressly stated otherwise, these Terms do not give any person other than you and JOUADA LTD the right to enforce them.
28. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Refund Policy, applicable subscription terms, and any specific conditions displayed during checkout, form the agreement between you and JOUADA LTD concerning the Services and your purchase.
If a product-specific or promotional term conflicts with these general Terms, the more specific term will apply to that offer, subject to applicable law.
